This is why I like reading and posting on forums and community websites. Many people do not mind waiting if they understand what is going on. I also pay attention to return policy and customer service response time.

Online shopping will always have a bit of risk, but experience makes it easier. Forums, blogs and communities create a kind of collective memory for shoppers. They are simply the ones that fit well and survive many rounds of washing or daily use. When I test a new shop I usually start with one or two items instead of a huge order. I think it is better to build a small collection of reliable products than to buy random cheap things. If a website gives a detailed guide for measurements, I feel more confident when ordering. Sometimes I experiment with different materials just to see how they feel in daily life. I also like when stores show real photos without heavy editing or strange angles.
